Leave the leprechauns off - they are kind of creepy anyway! Maybe he could just leave his bowler hat behind!!! Love the word play - the colors are yummy!
Hi Brenda. Meravigliosa questa creazione che sa di antico!!Un caro saluto, *Maristella*.
I think a pot of gold or muted rainbow would be much easier than a leprechaun. Whatever you do will be just right; these word plays are great patterns and I look forward to seeing what you've chosen every month!
March Winds...BrrrIn like a lion out like a lambLeprechauns left off is okay with me too, but like the pot of gold and rainbow idea suggested by another comment....do love this series and what a great idea you came up with....
I agree, leave off the leprechauns. I love the March winds idea. Maybe a snow crocus or a very early Spring flower, daffodil perhaps? I know I will love whatever it is.
Could you graph and sell the darling top of your blog? It is awesome!
They are sneaky little ones!! lol I can't wait to see them !!!
Leprechauns give me bad dreams.... ;o) I like galoshes, umbrellas, lions, lambs, robins - awww gee - does that surprise you??? Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
I hope the lucky charms inspire you! I hope that there is a pot of gold in this word play :)
I agree with the person who asked if you could graph and sell the scene at the top of your blog....it is adorable!!I also think the pot of gold, rainbow, lamb and lion would be perfect for the March wordplay. Spring begins in March, too, of course. Maybe a basketball for March Madness? (Just kidding about that suggestion)
Your pictures are so beautiful! I have a bad case of the gottahaves for your tiny tomato pincushion. Please tell us more about it -- did you make it? If so, pattern? If not, source? I'm 99.8% Irish, and even I vote to skip the leprechauns! Have a joyful holiday, take time to breathe, AND thank you so much for your blog, products, designs, and great customer service. Oh, and the yummy recipes, too.
i'm still waiting on Jan. word play. i think my shop is a little behind. denise
Pot o gold, wind, lions and lambs, just a couple that popped in my head. I have a silly, silly question. Is the design at the top of your blog a pattern that is available? I would love to stitch this liitle scene!
Wow just read through the other comments and see that there are several other stitchers who also posted about the scene on the top of your blog. Hahaha great minds think alike. :-)
